We then co-ordinate our care plan approach by carefully matching suitably qualified and trained Nannies or Caregivers to put in place a complete care plan that satisfies our clients home care needs.

The aim is to achieve a care plan that allows for a smooth transition of responsibilities to a Nanny or Caregiver and includes arrangements in relation to daily routine, food and dietary requirements, and health care. It also takes note of the Older Adult or Child's social interests, hobbies / play activities, and therapeutic requirements.

The Care plan designed for Seniors will be reviewed at intervals by our Care Manager to ensure that your Elderly parent or loved one is receiving the optimum level of care and support into the future.

All our Carers, both Nannies and Caregivers, undergo an extensive interview process along with Garda Vetting and reference checking.?All our Carers are trained to a Nationally recognised accreditation standard and are regularly assessed throughout their Care assignment.? Remember, our clients have the final decision at all times regarding the suitability of their carer.
