• This service is designed to offer a period of recuperation for individuals recently hospitalised who may need additional care to recover their strength, endurance and functioning, before or on their return home.

We offer a Convalescent home care service to:
• Individuals in hospitals who no longer need acute care, but require 24 hour supervision
• Individuals who require a longer time to recondition or convalesce after a period of hospitalisation
• Individuals who require further treatment/ mobilisation and need the support of a Carer to ensure they remain safe in their home environment
